Often referred to as a ‘science’ because of its unique ability to cleanse, strengthen, and revitalize the nervous and glandular systems by guiding energy through the chakras, Kundalini practices:
- Strengthen the nervous system
- Expand lung capacity
- Increase flexibility, stability, and strength
- Awaken your vitality and inner awareness
Beyond the physical body, Kundalini Yoga supports a deeper connection to your intuition, authenticity, and inner strength—both on and off the mat.
Class Details (taught in English)
This special 12-week series blends both energizing and restorative sessions by alternating between morning and evening classes:
- Restorative Wednesday Evenings 19:00–21:00 (odd weeks)
- Energizing Thursday Mornings 07:30–08:30 (even weeks)
Emily’s classes aim to create a sacred space where you can experience your true self, through the interconnected nature of your mind & body, so that you may live more intuitively from your heart - in tune with your inner compass.
Accessible to all body types and experience levels, these classes are for anyone curious to explore the relationship between body, mind, and spirit.
